Residential laundry service – wash, dry, and fold – just 3 easy steps
1. Sign Up and Setup Your Order
New customers can use our Sign Up form for the first order. If you prefer, you can call us at 314-782-2476 or current customers can use our Online Booking Tool here. Simply Clean offers residential pickup from your home, office, or care facility. Click here for our delivery area and delivery days – Service Area.
2. Put your Laundry out at your Front Door or Designated Location.
On the day of your pickup, collect and bag your laundry. If you have any items that need pre-spotting or other special requests, please bag those separately with a note. For your first pickup, please feel free to use your laundry bags or plastic bags. Make sure the bags are labeled with Simply Clean Laundry and please no hampers or baskets. If you need more bags, we are happy to supply them to you at no cost.
You do not need to be present for pickup — just leave your dirty laundry on your front porch or outside your apartment door.
3. Clean Laundry Delivered Back to You
Your clean residential laundry will be returned back to you just 2 days later.

How much does it cost?
Our Wash, Dry. and Fold laundry Service ($35 minimum order) is charged by the pound based on clean dry weight. We never charge pick up or delivery fees for our residenfial laundry. See our Pricing page tor more details.
Only need service every once in a while?
No problem. When you sign up, you can select if you want recurring plckups or if you need just one time service. Or when you call, let us know you want to use us “As Needed” and we will be able to add you anytime you need for our on-call service. There is not price difference for as needed. Sign Up Now
Process:
Once received your laundry will be tagged and processed. If you have items you would like pre-treated, please bag them separately with a note.
Each order is washed separately and tagged throughout the process to ensure your items never mingle with other orders. Your items will be washed and promptly folded to reduce wrinkling. Your laundry is returned neatly folded and professionally packaged for privacy and protection.
We currently don’t offer dry cleaning so please make sure all your items are machine washable.

Deliveries:
Monday pickup/Wednesday drop-off – St. Charles, St. Peters, South City, Webster, Kirkwood, South County east of 270.
Tuesday pickup/Thursday drop-off – North County, University City, City – north of 44, Central West End, Maplewood, Richmond Heights, and Clayton.
Wednesday pickup/Friday drop-off – Maryland Heights, Ladue, Creve Coeur, and nearby areas.
