Payment Terms and Conditions:

All new accounts are set up with credit cards for auto-payment and will be charged before laundry is returned. Auto-payment takes the hassle out of collecting money and makes it easier on your side as well.

Wash & Fold Laundry Terms and Conditions:

By using our service, you agree that your clothes are suitable to be washed in water, on a normal cycle, and dried using heat in a tumble dryer. We cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing that is not suitable for a standard laundering process.

Damaged Laundry

We will do everything we can to avoid damaging your laundry. Unfortunately, there are limitations to what we can do. For example, we do our best to check your pockets prior to washing but we can’t be responsible if something left in your laundry (like lipstick, chewing gum, or a pen) causes any damage. We will do our best to find and return items that you accidentally left in your pockets.  But we can’t guarantee that we will find them.

All laundering processes cause normal wear and tear on clothing. As a result, we cannot be responsible for any wear and tear of laundry, including loss of buttons, loss of zipper parts, hoodie cords, fading, fatiguing, holes, or abrasions. Similarly, we reserve the right to decline cleaning any piece of laundry if we think it may cause damage to the item or to our equipment.  This includes heavily soiled items with items such as urine, feces, blood, etc.  It all includes not taking laundry from households with known infections such as virus, bed bugs, etc.

We do not individually examine each individual garment tag prior to placing it in the laundry. Therefore, if something is “dry-clean only,” or otherwise unsuitable for common washing and drying techniques, please do not include it in the laundry you give to us.

We sort your laundry in order to provide the best service possible and we use “color catchers” to prevent bleeding of items.  However, we can’t be held responsible for the re-disposition of colors (aka bleeding) or dimensional changes (aka shrinking or stretching).

Lost Laundry

We do not assume responsibility for lost laundry.  Because laundry is processed by the load, and not “per item”, we simply have no efficient way of verifying that we received any particular piece of laundry in the first place.

Rest assured though, we have a great track record when it comes to keeping items separate and where they belong.   We have a very robust tracking system for all orders that uses a tagging system for your items from the time they are picked up to the time they are delivered back to you.  We tag all your bags and loads with your name, and that tag travels with your laundry to ensure all items are returned to you.

If you do believe something was damaged or is missing from your delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your clean clothes.  In the case that something is damaged or missing, please use this Customer Claims Form and email us to further discuss.

Policy on Holding Clean Laundry

At Simply Clean Laundry Service, we strive to provide timely and efficient service for all our customers. To ensure smooth operations and ample storage space, we kindly ask that all clean, laundered items be picked up within 30 days of completion. If arrangements for extended storage are needed, please contact us in advance to discuss options. Without prior communication, any items left beyond 30 days may be considered abandoned and will be donated or disposed.
