Simply Clean Laundry Service Online Ordering Instructions
Simply Clean continues to make strides in giving you the best overall laundry experience in St. Louis and surrounding areas. We use the best detergents, we have the best folders, and we’ve been known for years as the best laundry service in St. Louis (based on Google, Facebook, and internal Feedback), but we are always striving to give you more. In January of 2021, we rolled out a completely updated website and great online booking software to go with it.
We have partnered with a software company called CleanCloud and it helps us manage pickup and deliveries for all of our laundry accounts. The software has worked really well for us and it allows us to send notifications the day before your pickup/delivery and it also notifies customers in real time when we pick up and dropoff their items. It also has great routing features that allows us to be even more efficient with routes. We have been extremely impressed with all those functions but today I wanted to post some simple instructions for our current and future customers and how they can use the system to schedule a pickup and how to update their credit card information in the system.
