Rain or Shine, We’ve Got You Covered!
People often ask us how we return laundry if it’s raining outside. Our goal is to always get your laundry back to you clean, dry, and neatly folded. So on a rainy day, if you don’t have a covered porch or dry location, we will place an additional plastic bag around your laundry to protect it. So that’s a bag within a bag within a bag. Triple bagged so you can come home to fresh, clean, and DRY laundry. And as always we encourage our customers to keep and reuse all bags lessening the impact.
Another option is to change your dropoff location or give us special instructions. We have customers that give us their garage codes and we put laundry in their garages when there is a chance of rain, and sometimes customers will have us set their laundry under a deck or in another area when rain is near. There are lots of options and we are always happy to help.
