Laundry Service – Part 5 – My Delivery Day

Laundry Service – Part 5 – My Delivery Day

In an effort to give customers a complete guide to how our residential laundry service works, we wanted to write up a series of blogs explaining the different steps from signing up to the packaging of your clothes and finally the delivery.  In the first four blogs, we told you about how to sign up, what to expect with your first pickup, how everything is washed and folded, and now we’ll go through the last step of the process which is delivery.  If you’re interested in reading any of the first 4 parts of this series, please check out our Blog page and thank you to everyone for following this series.

Now that everything is washed, folded, and bagged, it’s time to get your items back to you.  On the day of your delivery, the drivers come in and load their vans based on the route order and proceed to your location.  When the driver arrives, they will place your bags in the area that was designated when you signed up making sure not to block any doors and to keep main paths clear.  If there is a chance for rain that day and you don’t have a completely covered area to place the items, the driver will also place your items in a plastic bag to ensure that your clothes stay dry.  Once your items are delivered, they mark them as “Delivered” in our app and you will get an email and/or text reminder that your items are ready to be retrieved from your front porch or other location.  Then you can retrieve your items and put them away.  Please keep the blue bag and name tag to attach to your next outgoing order.

The last step to this entire process is to simply enjoy our services and use the time you saved however you see fit.  Maybe you want to take up a new hobby, spend more time with your kids, or simply want more leisure time.  That is totally up to you how you spend your time, but we are always happy to be of service and we love helping out anyway we can.

We’ve had great feedback about this blog series and I want to say thank you to everyone who has read it and taken the time to reach out.  As a small family owned business, we appreciate the business and continued support from everyone in the St. Louis and St. Charles areas.   If you are in need of residential or commercial laundry service or know someone who could benefit from it, please call Kathy and she will get you all setup.
